How it runs
Quote the drawing number
The part is made against the frozen drawing from the first build, not a re-measured copy of it.
Forecast
Liner wear is worked out from the signed first-ore sheet, so the part reaches the pad before the due date.
Reline
The mine's own fitters, or a Ridgecast crew on the published cycle.
Record
Running hours and the next due date are written down. The next forecast starts from that record.
What is in it
Quote the drawing number, get the part
Same drawing number as the first machine, five years later.
Wear cycle before you buy
Liner and mesh change-outs are in the quote, not discovered in year two.
Six months ahead
The spares list runs to the next due date, by drawing number, and ships before that date.
What’s delivered
Six-month spares list: liners and screen mesh, by drawing number, with due dates.
Reline record: running hours per part and the next due date.
