Erection and Commissioning

New plants and line upgrades, where the mine has foundations and HV ready.

Projects it suits

New plants and line upgrades, where the mine has foundations and HV ready.

Turnaround — 2–6 weeks on site

How it runs

01

Set

Grouting and alignment of every machine on its foundation. The alignment report is written at this step, not after a failure.

02

Turn

No-load run. The plant is turned over empty, before any ore goes in.

03

Ore

Loaded run at the agreed output. CSS, stroke and amps are written down against the t/h they gave.

04

Sign the sheet

Both sides sign the first-ore sheet. That sheet is the baseline for the next six months of wear.

What is in it

05

Handover is a sheet, not a handshake

CSS, stroke, amps and the t/h they produced, on paper, signed by both sides.

06

A crew, not a crowd

One installation supervisor and one fitter on the pad. Cranage and civil work stay with the mine.

07

Scope is on the quote

Foundations, HV supply and the crane are named as the mine's, so they are not discovered on site.

08

The sheet starts the wear clock

First-ore figures set the six-month wear forecast and the date of the first reline.

What’s delivered

Alignment report: each machine's position and alignment on its foundation, recorded.

First-ore acceptance sheet: CSS, stroke, amps and the t/h at the agreed setting, signed by both sides.

Send the rock type. Get a first view on t/h.

Tell the applications desk the rock, the target product, and whether it's a pit, a decline, or a quarry. An engineer replies within three working days with a first view on tonnage and a first-steel date.
